Our Manufacturing Process

While we can’t give away all our secrets, here’s how we create our premium briquettes:

1. Drying: The wood chip is dried to the optimal moisture level in our industrial dryer.
2. Milling: Once dried, the wood chip is passed through a mill to reduce it to fine particles.
3. Pressing: The milled chip is compressed in our industry-leading briquette press.
4. Forming: Under significant pressure, the material is shaped into long wood briquettes.
5. Cooling: The 25-metre-long briquette passes through a cooling line.
6. Cutting: An automatic saw cuts the briquette to the desired size.
7. Wrapping: The briquettes are shrink-wrapped and passed through a heat tunnel.
8. Quality Control: Each pack is checked by our quality control team before stacking.
9. Packaging: Pallets are wrapped and prepared for shipping.
