Shipping is INCLUDED for all bulk pallet orders to Northern Ireland. If you are ordering from outside NI, please visit our GB site, or ROI site for local rates.
Please note, pallets can only be unloaded onto a hard, flat surface (concrete or tarmac). A failed delivery or redelivery charge will apply if these requirements are not met. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Dried to a moisture content <12% and packed in a handy Saver Pack.
Surefire Wood adheres to environmentally friendly guidelines. All our Logs are sourced locally and dried in our purpose-built kilns using bi-products such as sawdust, bark and wood waste to produce totally renewable firewood.

PLEASE NOTE: The order of individual bags can only be purchased with the order of a pallet option of another product. If your order consists of only single bags, you may be liable to an additional delivery charge.

Delivery is charged per pallet. If your order contains more than one pallet delivery, we may need to contact you for the additional delivery charges.
Please note: our deliveries either need to be signed for, or given clear instructions on where deliveries can be left. Delivery is to kerb side only. If you require delivery on a set day, or you will not be available to sign for the delivery, please inform us by the 'special instructions for seller' section before checkout, or give us a call on 028 895 41116. Delivery Available Across the UK and Ireland
Surefire offers flexible delivery for wholesale orders, with coverage throughout the UK and Ireland. Offshore Islands delivery is available by request.

- Northern Ireland: Delivery included
- Other Regions: For each pallet delivery, please select the appropriate delivery option at checkout. Delivery cost depends on the destination and the size of the order.
- Full Lorry Loads: For bulk orders, we offer delivery by full lorry loads, ideal for large-scale stocking and distribution. Contact us to discuss pricing and logistics for full-load deliveries.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
Delivery Timeline
- Northern Ireland: Orders placed by 1 pm Monday–Thursday are typically delivered within 7 working days.
- England, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales: Standard delivery time is within 7 working days (excludes Bank Holidays). Friday and weekend orders are generally dispatched on the next working day.
- Specific Delivery Day: If a specific delivery day is required, please contact us or leave a note on your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate.
Next-Day Delivery Considerations
For urgent needs, next-day delivery may be available in some areas. For a specific time slot, an additional charge applies. Our driver will attempt to call approximately 30 minutes before delivery.
Delivery Requirements
- Minimum Access Requirement: Delivery sites must be accessible to a rigid body truck with a 32-foot length. If a tail lift is needed, delivery surfaces must be tarmac or concrete, as our driver can only manoeuvre pallets on these surfaces.
